GROWING COMPANY SEEKS FULL TIME BOOKKEEPER/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Working directly with company CFO, ideal candidate will be mature, responsible and have great attention to detail. Must be capable of producing work that is accurate, neat and complete.
Candidate must have strong working knowledge of Excel, excellent data entry skills and should have extensive experience in bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to tracking daily sales, recording cash receipts and bank deposits, maintaining cash ledgers, tracking intercompany transactions, maintaining employee records including payroll and benefits eligibility, assisting CFO in assembling documents for government audits, payment of sales, use and personal property taxes, tracking and purchasing supplies and equipment as needed, and providing clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
Position is full time.
