We are currently looking for a Part Time Staff Accountant that is highly motivated and outgoing, to assist in bank reconciliations, monthly write ups and sales/use/payroll tax return preparations. WORK FROM HOME. No phone calls please. Flexible hours. As part of our team, your technical and problem-solving skills will help us provide outstanding personal services to our customers. Your organizational skills will help us keep our work-product flowing smoothly. Your experience with write up and income tax return prep will help us have a smooth busy season. We interact with our clients frequently each month and your helpful and upbeat attitude will make a great addition to our team.
Job duties: Review and prepare client accounting data Review monthly financial reports Bank Reconciliation Adjusting journal entries Payroll check writing Prepare quarterly and year end payroll tax returns Prepare sales tax returns Analyze and Reconcile Accounts Preferred Experience: High School diploma or GED 2+ years in bookkeeping experience Good working knowledge of Excel; multi-level sorting, math functions, etc. QuickBooks Online certified required ADP payroll and 401k experience Experience with small business bookkeeping and tax preparation General knowledge of sales and payroll tax filings required for small business Excellent work habits and productivity level Upbeat, confident and sunny personality Compensation:
