Job Responsibilities

Prospect for new leads calling new registrations, past clients in the database, and many other lead resources

Service inbound leads from sign calls and online sources and determine where they are in the buying/selling process.

Manage contacts in CRM, and

Consistently nurture and follow-up with viable leads to convert into scheduled opportunities.

Keep track of sent opportunities, completed tasks, and goals/performance benchmarks.

Job Requirements

Excellent phone communication skills. Prior experience in customer service preferred.

Effective written and verbal communication.

Ability to memorize and deliver pre-written call scripts.

Must be an organized, friendly, detail-oriented, and service-minded.

Proficient with technology such as Gmail and Google Apps, and ability to quickly learn new systems.

To work independently and also as a team member and stay motivated

Have an overall passion for being helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 /year
