Commercial Real Estate Management Company offering an office and property management position.
This position requires a detail-oriented person who has customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to communicate well with customers, vendors, and team members via email, phone and in person is critical.
Job responsibilities include:
Fielding tenant reports of repairs needed, assessing and coordinating with maintenance or the appropriate vendor.
Updating, modifying, and creating Excel spreadsheets to organize information.
Tracking inquiries, work orders, and documentation flow- preparing invoices.
Property inspection and reporting (vehicle required for site visits, usually 1-2 times per week).
Answering the phone.
Keeping track of projects until complete.
Customer service, Excel, DropBox, basic office experience
Experience with Leases or property management a plus!
Location: S. Boulder office, some site visits required within 40 miles maximum
