Educatius Group is seeking a passionate Local Coordinator to join our team and create a welcoming environment for international students in Boulder Valley, CO.
In this role, you'll be the heart of our student support network. You'll guide and support students as they adjust to life in a new country, fostering cultural exchange and building a thriving international community.
Here's how you'll make a difference:
Be the go-to person for assigned students and their host families, offering academic, social, and cultural guidance.
Bridge communication between students, families, schools, and our central office, ensuring everyone's on the same page.
Keep a close eye on student progress and well-being, proactively addressing any concerns.
Partner with the Regional Manager to recruit welcoming host families within the Boulder Valley community.
We're looking for someone who:
Has a passion for international education and cultural exchange (experience with international students is a plus, but not required!).
Boasts excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Can tackle problems and navigate conflicts with a positive and solutions-oriented approach.
Speaks English fluently.
Thrives in an independent work environment and manages their time effectively.
Possesses basic computer skills.
