Location: Boulder, Colorado
We are an established Montessori school in Boulder, Colorado, serving children ages 18 months–12 years. Our school has a warm and welcoming community set on a large and beautiful, natural campus.
We are seeking a Montessori Assistant Teacher for the 2025–2026 school year, beginning August 6, 2025. This full-time position is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm (40 hours per week). The assistant will work alongside a lead Montessori teacher in a classroom of children ages 18 months–3 years or 3–6 years.
The role includes guiding children as they work with Montessori lessons, supporting independence and collaboration, supervising lunch, rest time, and outdoor play, and helping create a safe, engaging, and joyful environment.
Our ideal candidate is friendly, engaged, and eager to learn, a team player with strong communication skills, and interested in child development and Montessori philosophy. Credentialed Montessorians are encouraged to apply, but prior experience is not required—training will be provided.
Compensation & Benefits: Starting at $24/hr (range $22–$25/hr based on experience and qualifications). Benefits include health and dental insurance, retirement plan, paid sick leave, holidays, and school breaks.
