Fanas Architecture is a small design-oriented firm in downtown Boulder, specializing in custom homes & remodels, as well as select commercial projects. We’re looking for a full-time Project Architect or Intern to join us.

Requirements
B. Arch or M Arch.
Architectural Licensure
2+ years experience with small commercial/residential projects: emphasis on custom residential
Strong Revit proficiency REQUIRED. 2 year minimum. We utilize a Revit ‘exercise’ prior to employment.
Strong drafting, design, graphics & written and verbal communication skills.
Be able to develop architectural drawings from concept to SD, DD & CD.
Exercise quality control of ones own work and time.
Detail oriented.
Self-motivated.
Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects.
Positive, helpful, "can do", team player attitude is a must.
AutoCad Architecture, Revit, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop required.
Ideal candidates will have both residential and commercial experience in small to mid-sized projects.
