looking for a retired EE who wants to stay busy, 2 to 3 days a week. Job is working with graduate students at University to design/build custom electronics for lab research, as well as some repairs (as time allows). Flexible hours, benefits offered by institution at 50% time or more.
Note, this is a single position, there is no team support. You have to be experienced and understand electronics engineering thoroughly, not a good place to learn it on the fly. worksite is a well stocked shop, + private office with laptop.
This is a "cost recovery" position, so we keep track of hours and allocate to lab accounts.
