Do you enjoy being responsible for a broad range of activity requiring excellent time management and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting company and client expectations.We are currently seeking a Client Service & Logistics Representative who will be responsible for providing technical sales, product support and logistical services to clients to assist the organization in achieving its sales objectives and maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction. You will also work with internal departments to ensure client product and service needs are being met in a timely manner. This position will be Onsite, 5 days a week at our facility in Golden, CO.What we’ll get you doing:

Understand client’s requirements for proficiency testing, provide technical product support & guidance in selecting products, enroll clients in appropriate proficiency testing studies, helping them to troubleshoot in the case of non-acceptable proficiency testing results.

Maintain client product profiles based on historical purchases and proficiency testing enrollment in order to generate and distribute client quotations on an ongoing basis.

Handling of incoming customer support calls, emails, web requests, processing client orders, generate required paperwork and documentation to be provided with product shipment as well as p repare client orders for shipment.

The essential requirements of the role include:

High school diploma or GED

1+ years of Customer Service and or Sales Support experience

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Knowledge of Environmental Proficiency Testing

Chemistry/related field or equivalent experience

Excellent customer service skills including written and phone communication

The hourly range for this role is $22.00- $24.00 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
