House Cleaning Lead Technician Needed
Small, friendly company hiring now for a Lead Tech (as well as P/T or Fill-In house cleaning positions, too)
Do you like to clean and be active and do you have a true eye for detail? Do you hate sitting at a desk all day and want an active, non-sedentary job? Then this position could be a great fit!
We have an immediate opening for a VERY RELIABLE lead house cleaner trainer/cleaning tech. Must commit to 20-25 hours per week and your position would be to train and quality check other’s work, but you would also be required to clean very regularly with a high degree of quality when not training (most of the hours per week would be cleaning). You would also check the work of others on a scheduled basis - stopping by to quality check and help correct any subpar work. Travel is required to cities listed above, so having a reliable vehicle with insurance and good driving record is required. Driving time between houses is paid (when working at more than one house per day). Experience a definitely a plus but not required for the right person.
20 hours (and up to 30) per week are available but again this includes doing a lot of regular cleaning, as well. We can provide a flexible schedule but it should stay consistent from week to week. We’re also hiring for regular, part-time house cleaning techs, if you are looking for fewer hours (minimum of 10).
We provide regular cleaning services to homes & small offices and would love your help! Our customers are super nice and we work solo or in teams typically beginning btw the hours 8-10am and finishing btw 2-5pm Mon through Fri (your own hours can be flexible but availability should remain same week to week).
