This is a position for a couple. Manager/Housekeeper & Handyman. Experienced, excellent work ethic, neat clean and orderly, trust worthy, no drugs, no smoking, no pets, no children. References required, background check and drug testing. This job is a live-in on-site manager and handyman for a small motel and RV park. This is not an 8 - 5 job. This property requires strong management and organizational skills, manager will be responsible for, marketing and advertising, book and record keeping, ordering, and housekeeping. Handyman will need general remodel and excellent overall handyman skills. Handyman will be responsible for general improvements, on-going maintenance, and keeping the exterior of the property neat, clean and organized. Housing and utilities are included, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, dinning and living room ($18k/year estimated value). Compensation for the Couple will be $48,000 per year plus performance bonuses and commissions.
