Ecology and Environment, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Boulder, CO, Portland, OR, or Seattle, WA. This position is responsible for supporting the marketing department scheduling, organizing and coordinating the creation of website content, email marketing and social media materials. Our successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with 3+ years of related marketing experience.

Responsibilities:

•Consolidates materials and issues reports covering advertising, communications, and website performance.

•Coordinates promotional activities, trade shows, conference, photo and video shoots, and industry events.

•Assists in coordinating and executing market research projects.

•Answers daily correspondence and updates product reviews and public relations information on the website(s).

•Coordinates and executes periodic projects including marketing mailings, grassroots promotions, sponsorships, etc.

•Maintains and manages marketing files, media library, and company store.

•May screen and answer sponsorship requests.

•Tracks key programs and reconciles budget on a monthly basis.

•Assists in the development and implementation of annual marketing plans and programs.

•Manages inquiries generated on the company's online platforms, including website, social media, and blogs.

•Develops and maintains a database of potential clients.

•Acts as the company liaison for marketing services vendors, such as advertising agencies, supplies, and freelancers.

Position Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; Master’s Degree preferred

•Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience.

•Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact professionally and tactfully with individuals at all levels of the organization.

•Ability to remain focused and on task when simultaneously working on multiple deliverables; can conform to shifting priorities and demands and timelines.

•Strong self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision within a team environment.

•Ability to travel to support business needs.
