FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE

We are a small, home-based e-commerce business located in Superior who is looking to hire an order fulfillment associate part-time. The ideal candidate would be a problem-solver who likes to work on their own with a strong sense of personal responsibility.

Candidates must be comfortable working in someone’s home in a designated work area. You must also be comfortable with dogs, as there is a resident dog that will keep you company. This arrangement is not negotiable.

Each week of work would be about the same. Most days your time will be spent with order picking, packing, and shipping. When not fulfilling orders, additional jobs such as packaging newly arrived inventory, cleaning the warehouse area, and other miscellaneous tasks will be given to keep operations running smoothly.

No experience needed, but a great attitude, open to learning, problem solving, and the ability to communicate effectively is ESSENTIAL. Most of the time, you will be working alone or with one other person. The ability to fill orders accurately and efficiently, problem solve and communicate when the need arises is imperative.

Expected hours are 20 hours per week, preferably 4 hours a day Monday – Friday. No weekends. The start/end times and hours each day are negotiable for the right person.

Pay: $18/hour

Duties & Requirements:

- Process & fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Ensure correct shipping methods are selected.

- Learn software for order fulfillment and shipping system.

- Re-package bulk inventory into sellable quantities.

- Assist in monitoring/maintaining inventory levels.

- Ensure quality control and accuracy in shipments and packaging.

- Keep a clean and organized work area.

- Bend and lift up to 35lb.

- Able to work on your feet for the duration of your shift.

- Basic PC skills are required.

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and refer to Operations Guide for basic questions.
