Description Litigation Paralegal Our client, a leading Rocky Mountain Law firm in Denver, is looking for a 5 plus years experienced litigation paralegal to support their commercial litigation practice. The Litigation Paralegal will support the attorneys by investigating facts, preparing legal documents, and managing and organizing case documents in all stages of commercial litigation. The Litigation paralegal will have knowledge of legal terminology and legal document formats; ability to create Table of Contents and Table of Authorities; demonstrated knowledge of Bluebooking and ability to cite check. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for drafting, managing, and filing pleadings and other filings with State and Federal courts and other applicable agencies. This position would be creating, composing, and editing written material such as transaction documents, correspondence and/or legal documentation for attorney review. The Litigation Paralegal will be assisting with exhibit preparation an organization for depositions and trials. Trial and case management experience would be required for this position.
