Position Summary 
The Rooms Inspector is responsible for performing a final room inspection to ensure quality and readiness of guest rooms & public areas to brand standards. The Rooms Inspector also participates in the cleaning and preparation of all guest areas as needed. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and accountability to deliver an exceptional guest experience.     Inspect, clean, and service guest rooms according to hotel and brand standards
    Perform a thorough self-inspection of each room to ensure readiness before marking it as clean
    Ensure the replacement of linens, towels, and amenities
    Assess and perform the duties of dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces, including bathrooms and high-touch areas
    Report any maintenance issues, damage, or lost and found items promptly
    Replenish housekeeping carts and ensure supplies are stocked for daily use
    Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
    Communicate effectively with the housekeeping team and supervisors
    Ensure timely completion of assigned room quotas
    Respect guest privacy and adhere to “Do Not Disturb” policies
    Uphold a positive and professional demeanor while representing the hotel
    Other duties as assigned
