Communicate account operational changes and updates; work with account leadership to standardize operational processes and implement enhancements; assist with the implementation and integration of client Vendor Management Systems (VMS) into account processes; oversee account operations onshore and offshore resources and provide direction/oversight to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing; oversee Contractor Labor Programs

Leverage appropriate firm tools and resources for accurate and timely reporting; manage account reporting to include pipeline, financial planning, engagement tracking, and responses to client requests for information; coordinate response to other required KPMG or client-required reporting such as global and U.S. internal growth programs, Government Services Administration (GSA) audits, and more

Understand the operational implications of the client Master Services Agreement (MSA), statement of work (SOW) templates and rate card(s); ensure compliance with MSA requirements (GDPR, IPP, Web Controls); facilitate responses to client requests, audits, and risk assessments; understand operational changes to the client MSA and stay current on the latest SOW templates and rates; communicate operational changes to the team

Coordinate responses to member firm inquiries; assist with Sentinel approval tracking and tree maintenance

Build and maintain relationship with client vendor management and/or procurement function to optimize contract processing times; collaborate with account onshore and offshore resources, ensuring continuous process improvement and increased efficiency

Contribute to new account team onboarding, onboarding collateral creation and collaboration platform maintenance; ensure business continuity of the account processes and resources

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of recent experience in one or more business related areas including financial and data analysis, project management, and business operations management

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business administration, finance or related field; Master's degree from an accredited college/university preferred

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills; ability to proactively manage upwards; strong project management skills with the capability to manage concurrent projects, prioritize multiple tasks and apply proactive and creative approach leveraging firm tools and resources

Solid critical thinking and issue resolution skills, with a drive to tackle complex challenges and offer effective solutions; deep understanding of different business functions and ability to engage, as needed

Skilled in assessing end-to-end processes, identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and overseeing implementation; able to train and supervise the work of onshore and offshore resources; effective time management skills and aptitude to manage stakeholder expectations and delegate; ability to exercise independent judgment to make day-to-day decisions

Experience with collaboration platforms, Customer Relationship Databases and Vendor Management Systems is preferred; excellent presentation skills with ability to summarize and analyze large data sets for leadership review; proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis/reporting in Excel is required
