5 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
Experience with research design utilizing various methods (e.g., usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, etc.).

Experience managing research vendors.
Ability to communicate with various levels of cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent problem solving and presentation skills with the ability to take initiatives.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work with cross-functional teams throughout gTech Users and Products (gUP) across multiple products and multiyear initiatives to generate users insights that drive decisions on improving user support.
Design and conduct independent research that spans everything from high-level, strategic topics to usability testing.
Work with Product Support Managers, Product Managers, UXers, Engineers, Legal, and Program Managers (PgMs) to prioritize research opportunities and execute research.
Provide thought leadership by identifying areas for growth and improvement to scale the program, including additional products, new methodologies, geographic expansion.
Share research findings and represent our users to diverse audiences through written reports and presentations.
