12Degree Brewing is a craft brewery and pub located in downtown Louisville specializing in Belgian-inspired beers, artisanal pizzas, hand-made pretzels, Belgian-style frites, and a variety of salads and small dishes. We have won World Beer Cup Small Brewpub of the Year, and were chosen by USA Today as one of the Top 10 Brewpubs in the country. Our approach to food is to do a few things very, very well rather than have a large menu.
We are seeking part-time experienced, line and prep cooks to join our team. Take home is $20-25/hour and is based on experience and skill-level. We do not use a tip share so your take-home pay is real and consistent every day, year-round. Weekend availability is required.
- Prep cooks work morning and / or early afternoon. Must be experienced with pizza dough.
- Line cooks work 3pm to about 9:30pm. Experience stretching pizzas is strongly preferred but we can train.
- Currently we have Thursday - Sunday afternoons and evening shifts available.
