The Ginger Pig is hiring! We're looking for a driven and dedicated line cook to join our team. High volume experience is a plus but not necessary. One year experience on fry or saute is required. Having a personality that meshes with our current team is a must. We are a teamwork-driven restaurant and we believe that it shows in the quality of our food and the quality of our guests' experience.
Who we are: The Ginger Pig opened as an Asian Street Food food truck in Boulder in 2016. In 2019 we became one of the inaugural stalls at Boulder's Rosetta Hall, and in 2020 we moved to our Sunnyside/Berkeley location in Denver. This past fall we opened a second standing location on The Hill in Boulder that offers a different menu for to-go only.
Tips are shared equally among non-managers, and Health Insurance and 401k are available for all full-time employees after 90 days.

Reliable transportation to each shift
Kitchen Safety and Food Handling knowledge

Ability to work in tight spaces and high pressure environments
Ability to smell and taste
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift 50lbs
Good personal hygiene
Ability to keep a clean station
