American Legion Post 32 is a veteran-focused nonprofit with a busy members lounge and live music venue in Longmont. We’re looking for a reliable, people-oriented bartender to join our team serving veterans, their families, and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Bartend in the lounge and in the event hall for special events
Provide friendly, consistent service to members and guests
Handle cash and card payments and run tabs using the Toast POS system
Follow Post 32 house rules, Colorado liquor laws, and gaming regulations
Practice responsible serving, including proper ID checks and cut-offs when needed
Help with basic bar setup, restocking, and light cleanup
Qualifications
Bartending or service experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including daytime and weekends
TIPS certification required upon hire
Comfortable working in a veteran-focused environment
Physical Requirements
Able to stand for extended periods
Able to lift and move items such as cases of beverages and empty kegs
