Babettes Artisan Bread Llc in Longmont, CO is looking for an experienced pastry chef to join our dedicated team. We are looking for someone who can jump right in with laminations, replicate our creations that have made us successful, and yet contribute ideas that fit in at Babettes. We require a three day stage to show us you are a good fit. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, hard and clean working.
Responsibilities
- Proficient with a sheeter
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, or other products.
- Measure and weigh ingredients.
- Prepare pastries and desserts using senses and experience to know what is needed to create.
-Clean as you go, leaving a sanitized work station and equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience working as a pastry chef
- Dedicated and passionate about preparing amazing products
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the kitchen area
- Highly adaptable to various situations and stress levels
