Job Type: Full-Time (Long-Term)
Start Date: Mid-August 2025
Compensation: $12.70/hour + pooled tips (average total compensation: $20–$25/hour before taxes)
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
Job Description:
Le French Café, a small, family-owned French café in Boulder, is looking for a full-time Front of House team member to join our warm and fast-paced team. Our current employee is finishing their contract in August, and we’re seeking someone reliable and enthusiastic who can take over and stay with us for the long term.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with professionalism and warmth
Take and deliver orders (counter service + table support)
Clear and clean tables, restock as needed
Maintain a clean and welcoming front of house environment
Work effectively with a small team in a fast-paced café setting
Requirements:
Must be fully available Wednesday through Sunday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (fixed schedule — no flexibility)
Friendly, customer-focused, and dependable
Comfortable multitasking in a busy café
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Previous experience in hospitality or service is a plus (but not required — we will train the right person!)
