Via Toscana is a fine dining, well established restaurant in Louisville conveniently located right off of Highway 36. We are open dinner only - Tuesday through Saturday.
Friday and Saturday availability is required of all staff.
Bar backs and Servers: must be 18yr or older, previous serving experience preferred, wine and spirits knowledge a strong plus.
Host Staff/Back Waits: demonstrated ability to organize and perform well under pressure while maintaining a professional and friendly disposition. Previous restaurant experience not required. Typical pay averages $18-$25/hr depending on capability
All staff are required to be available during key periods including CU graduation weekend (4/30-5/2), 2/14 (Valentine's Day), Christmas Eve (12/24), and Restaurant Week (Early March) are required of all staff. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day through the first week of January.
