Full-time Server
⢠Must have 2-3 years of restaurant experience and be passionate about hospitality industry.
⢠Adaptable nature and good communication skills.
⢠Demonstrate integrity in all areas, both personal and professional.
⢠Possess great knowledge of the menus, to be able to inform customers of food preparation details and promote daily specials.
⢠Be able to discuss dietary restrictions and make appropriate recommendations.
⢠Knowledge of wine list and special cocktails; interest in learning more about food and wine pairings.
⢠Prepare tables, serve food, and refill drinks. Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure all orders are delivered on time. Ensure accuracy of every order.
⢠Demonstrate multitasking skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to manage expectations from multiple tables or rooms simultaneously.
⢠Perform side work, setup, and assist with proper opening and closing of the restaurant.
⢠Promote teamwork. Assist other servers and staff as needed. Perform related work as requested.
