We are looking for a kitchen prep/helper—experience is welcome but not required—to support our chef and sous chef. Responsibilities include assisting with food preparation and maintaining quality in accordance with Osaka’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
Our business hours are 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM for Friday, Saturday and Sunday (until 8:00PM) and 5:00PM to 8PM for Monday and Thursday. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are closed. Prep shift hours will depend on your availability, but a 5-day workweek is required.
