Japango on Pearl St. is looking for a Professional Mixologist/bartender.
We are looking for an individual that has a passion for the business, industry and Boulder. We are one of the most sophisticated and desired liquor programs in Boulder, focusing on all liquors, with an emphasis on Spirits (particularly Bourbon, all whiskey and Japanese Whiskey), Sake, Wine, beer and cocktails. Knowledge in at least one of these categories must stand out.

Detail and Goal Orientated
Minimum of 2-5 years of fine dining experience in high volume/traffic restaurant, or craft bar program
Extensive wine knowledge as well as intermediate sake knowledge is required
Comprehensive cocktail understanding, limitless appetite for food knowledge and a selfless desire to serve others are mandatory.
Connectedness to the Boulder community and a philanthropic mindset are essential.
Strong work ethic and integrity
Must have great sense of urgency
