Rosalee’s Pizzeria is looking for a Kitchen Manager!
General role:
Assist in all food service and day to day operations of Rosalee’s kitchen.
A professional leader to lead our kitchen and assist in taking our pie shop to the next level.
Must have qualities: Positive attitude, experienced kitchen sense, margin understanding, ordering and daily production execution. Drive for success, high professional level of communication, line cook experience, and the ability and passion to lead, mentor and motivate.
Must have: minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience, great attitude, dependable work ethic, incredible passion for food(especially pizza!) and have a desire to make our kitchen & restaurant even better!
