Bloom Montessori School seeks an Early Childhood Assistant Teacher to work in our primary classroom (ages 2-6) at our beautiful location in Longmont's historic downtown.
No early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or holidays! The job includes paid holidays, paid vacations, and an on-site relaxation room.
This position is perfect for someone doing a Montessori practicum, ECE internship, someone with a background in a fast paced work environment (food service), or someone interested in Montessori certification or becoming an Early Childhood teacher. Previous early childhood education experience is not required (we will train the right candidate).
Reliable transportation, excellent attendance, a strong work ethic, and a love of young children are a must.
Position is 8 hours a day. Applicants must have availability 8 -4:30 (M-F). Position is available immediately, but we can be flexible about a start date.
Pay is commensurate with experience. Someone with State of Colorado Early Childhood Teacher qualifications or a Montessori credential will make $20- $22. Someone with no or little previous early childhood education or experience will make $18-20.
