Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced café environment. Your expertise in coffee preparation and your ability to engage with customers will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Duties
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
Operate a Square POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including food preparation areas, equipment, and seating areas.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while handling food and beverages.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
Engage in sales techniques to promote menu items and enhance customer experience.
Experience
Previous barista experience is preferred but not necessary
Experience in the food industry or retail environment is beneficial.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash accurately.

I'm looking to fill the Friday, Saturday and every other Sunday shifts but will be flexible for the right person. These are open to close shifts 7am to 4pm. 8am to 2 pm on Sundays
