We're looking for a few hard-working & energetic folks to join the service staff & bar staff in one of Longmont's busiest restaurants. An outgoing & friendly personality is a must, and you must enjoy hospitality & providing great customer service. The work is fast-paced & the pay is good (hourly + tips), and we currently have part-time & full-time positions available. To start, full weekend availability (day/night) is required, though schedule flexibility is provided once youve become established.
Previous server or bar experience (1+ years) is a must, and preference will be given to candidates who have a passion for craft beer. Enthusiasm for college &/or pro sports is also preferred, as the Red Zone (our sports bar side) drives half of our business volume.
Our service philosophy is centered around Teamwork, Detail, Hustle & Knowledge, and success depends upon full buy-in from everyone on our team.
