- Three years of management experience preferred
- Full command of all line positions
- Hire/train line cooks
- Create and maintain positive kitchen culture
- Menu/Recipe Development
- Clean and efficient kitchen habits
- Create and maintain organization systems
- Expediting/Service management
- Weekly inventory management
- Ordering/Receiving
- Must be able to lift 50lb's
