JOB DESCRIPTION

Tribe Recovery is seeking two Certified Addiction Specialists to support residential and Intensive Outpatient Program participants in Boulder, Colorado. Applicants passionate about supporting participants towards improved social functioning, self-empowerment and increased overall quality of life encouraged to apply.

RESIDENTIAL CAS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for providing safety, supervision and follow through in all domains related to efficient and effective care and treatment services for residential clients, with supervision from Clinical Director.

Responsible for timely documentation, family, referral and collateral calls.

Management of 11 client residential caseload to ensure, at minimum, one individual therapy session per week.

Responsible for completing admission paperwork in a timely manner (Clinical Summary, Substance Use Assessment, Treatment Plan, review of intake paperwork, release of information forms, etc.….)

Provides some group therapy for residential clients, with support from multidisciplinary team.

Utilizes appropriate teaching methods and/or referrals to ensure client educational and/or vocational needs are met, with support from Clinical Director.

Assesses, collaborates, and coordinates client’s discharge planning needs and readiness for discharge with other members of the clinical team.

Presents case conceptualization and updates in multidisciplinary meetings.

Attends all required clinical meetings and trainings.

INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM CAS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for facilitating Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP) related to efficient and effective care and treatment services.

Facilitation of 9 hours of group therapy sessions in the evenings, utilizing provided curriculum.

Management of up to 12 client caseload to ensure, at minimum, one individual therapy session per week.

Responsible for timely documentation, family, referral and collateral calls.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: CAS required.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health Field.

PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience with trauma, substance use disorders and/or the judicial system highly preferable.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

EXPERIENCE: Experience with treatment facilities and/or work with addictions and mental health populations is preferred. Ability to demonstrate continuous quality improvement, strategic decision-making, problem solving skills and timely documentation.

SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE: $2,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
