Our high-functioning disabled 29-year-old daughter needs a long-term companion home provider in her apartment near 30th and Pearl Streets. Salary up to $115 daily plus free housing in a new complex established by Boulder Housing Partners. She needs help grocery shopping, occasional clothes shopping, cooking, cleaning, some food prep, entertainment and transportation. Works three days weekly at Panera Bread and goes two days weekly independently to Imagine! You could attend school, work independently or with a company during the work week. Assist as needed with medical care including appointments, administering medications, providing documentation of progress notes, medical records, life skills. A month's training through Imagine! includes criminal and motor vehicle background checks, training for medical administration, CPR/First Aid and QMAP. Those who are physically disabled may apply.
