Job Title: Private Care Specialist a/k/a Caregiver/Personal Care Provider/CNA
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver/ CNA to join our team. As a Private Care Partner-CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to older female adult in her home. Responsibilities:
- Assist nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering quality patient care
- Provide direct patient assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status to the nursing staff
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and protocols
Skills:
- Experience in outpatient care settings
- Proficiency with Cerner or similar electronic health record systems
- Strong patient service orientation
- Knowledge of infectious disease care protocols
- Prior experience in urgent care facilities is a plus
- Understanding of Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
- Ability to provide specialized dementia care
- Comfortable working in home environment

Requirements:
- Experience with Dementia preferred
-High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a certified nursing assistant program preferred, but not required
-Pass a Background check
