Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Partner with senior management to create job requisitions, review and revise job descriptions, utilize different resources / tools to streamline screening and sourcing candidates

• Conduct phone screening, schedule interviews and assist in interview process

• Manage offer letter, reference check and background screen

• Implement and monitor a consistent new employee on-boarding process that includes a general orientation, an overview of company policies and procedures, harassment training, benefits orientation

• Perform other duties assigned

Employee Relations & Compliance

• Compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO and other employment laws are being adhered to in the facility

• Personnel file maintenance

• FMLA/Leave of absences reporting and management

• Work injury documentation and reporting

• Manage Benefits Administration, including implementation of Open Enrollment

• Maintain records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions

• Oversee completion of termination documents and assisting with exit interviews

• Creating and distributing internal communications including memos and announcements

• Coordinate onsite training events, i.e. anti-discrimination and harassment training

• Plan and execute monthly employee events

• Perform other duties assigned

Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources

• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, plus labor, wage and hour laws, including EEOC, AA, ADA, FLSA, etc.

• Strong knowledge of hiring processes

• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations

• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational skills required; ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize is critical for success in a multi-state environment

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity while executing responsibilities

• Establish trust and credibility with team members at all levels in the organization

• Results Oriented

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Able to learn new software and programs quickly

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
