Full-Cycle Recruitment
⢠Partner with senior management to create job requisitions, review and revise job descriptions, utilize different resources / tools to streamline screening and sourcing candidates
⢠Conduct phone screening, schedule interviews and assist in interview process
⢠Manage offer letter, reference check and background screen
⢠Implement and monitor a consistent new employee on-boarding process that includes a general orientation, an overview of company policies and procedures, harassment training, benefits orientation
⢠Perform other duties assigned
Employee Relations & Compliance
⢠Compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO and other employment laws are being adhered to in the facility
⢠Personnel file maintenance
⢠FMLA/Leave of absences reporting and management
⢠Work injury documentation and reporting
⢠Manage Benefits Administration, including implementation of Open Enrollment
⢠Maintain records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
⢠Oversee completion of termination documents and assisting with exit interviews
⢠Creating and distributing internal communications including memos and announcements
⢠Coordinate onsite training events, i.e. anti-discrimination and harassment training
⢠Plan and execute monthly employee events
⢠Perform other duties assigned
Skills and Competencies
⢠Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
⢠Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, plus labor, wage and hour laws, including EEOC, AA, ADA, FLSA, etc.
⢠Strong knowledge of hiring processes
⢠Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
⢠Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
⢠Excellent organizational skills required; ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize is critical for success in a multi-state environment
⢠Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
⢠Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity while executing responsibilities
⢠Establish trust and credibility with team members at all levels in the organization
⢠Results Oriented
⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
⢠Able to learn new software and programs quickly
⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
