ASSISTANT ESTATE GARDENER NEEDED!
> $18-$25/ hr depending on work ethic, reliability, & experience
> 5-10 hrs/ week depending on the season (year round)

JOB DUTIES:
Basic landscape maintenance including, but not limited to:
1. Weeding
2. Pruning
3. Raking
4. Shoveling
5. Small scale landscape installations & renovations
6. Irrigation system repairs (training provided, as needed)
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Reliability - you show up & work when you say you will (reliable transportation needed too)
2. Knowledge - you know the difference between a weed & a plant
3. Caring - you care about the work you do and the people you work with!
4. Willing to learn - you are open minded and willing to learn
5. Ability to work well with others OR independently
6. Ability to lift/ carry up to 50 lbs of materials, as needed
WORK SCENARIO
>Orientation / Training: Your first 5-10 hours of work will be guided by our Master Estate Gardener / Irrigation Manager - "CJ"
>Regular Work: A standard day of the week will be established where you work approximately 5 hours (weekly) depending on what's needed. If additional / urgent work is needed you will coordinate with CJ the days/times based on your schedule. Your worked hours will be reported to CJ and quality control managed by CJ. $18-$25/ hr. depending on work ethic, reliability, & experience Paid Monthly - you choose when.
