The Position: We’re currently looking for part-time cleaners (up to 25 hours per week), with availability on weekdays. We pay $20/HR to start. That doesn't include tips from your clients.
This is a 3 month position.
We offer paid drive time (at your full rate) between clients' homes, flexible hours, ongoing training, and a super cool team of people to work with.
We serve clients mostly within Boulder County, but we sometimes travel beyond that, within 30 minutes' drive of our office in South Boulder.
Create your own schedule based on your availability. Minimum 2 days recurring availability required.
We work primarily independently, and sometimes we work in teams. We do any type of cleaning that ends in clean, with the exception of Hazmat situations (human or pet waste).
We offer paid time off for permanent employees. Temp positions can turn into permanent!
Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/move/dance/groove for up to 7 hours at a time (with a lunch break, of course!).
Cleaning experience can be helpful but no preference over here! We are happy to train.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license, a reliable, insured vehicle and a cell phone.
Go-getter attitude! Plug in your headphones, clean your booty off, and be proud of the end results.
The ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients. Customer service is an important part of the gig.
Responsibilities:
We provide all of the cleaning supplies, you will be responsible for exchanging dirty/empty/serviceable supplies at our office location.
Use a personal cellular device to track hours on our scheduling app, view schedule, and view client details/instructions. GPS to client’s homes. Must be able to get in touch with the office for any roadblocks that may come up.
Use your style to accurately clean through the requested areas of the home. Scrubbing, wiping, drying, dusting, sweeping, and mopping, standing, tip-toeing, reaching, squinting, kneeling, and bending.
Being aware of your surroundings. We want you to be safe and for our clients' property to stay safe. We are human, and mistakes happen. Believe us; we know! ;) We communicate openly about our errors and accept them as learning opportunities. No shame in this game!
Be reliable and show up for work when you are scheduled. We are flexible and very understanding, but to get paid you gotta work.
This is a physically demanding job, as stated above. It requires stamina and the ability to move for sometimes many hours. This is also a job that requires driving, including driving in the snow.
The Location: Dandelion Cleaning is based in Boulder, CO with clients throughout Boulder County, Erie, Broomfield, Northglenn, Thornton, and Arvada.
