Title: Day Porter
Position Type: Full-Time/Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $25.00-$27.00 Hourly (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data)

About this role: As a Day Porter you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and functionality in assigned workspaces, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and organized environment. You will support daily operations by performing routine custodial tasks, maintenance, and supply stocking. The Porter plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
What you'll do:
Clean and maintain common areas such as restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, Conference rooms, laundry, locker room areas, entrances and production floor
Remove trash and recyclables from all designated areas
Restock cleaning, hygiene, and kitchen supplies as needed
Monitor and report facility issues (e.g., leaks, lighting, HVAC, pest concerns) to maintenance or facilities teams
Support basic maintenance tasks (e.g., furniture moves, replacing light bulbs, assembling equipment)
Ensure cleanliness of outdoor areas, including walkways, parking lots, and entry points
Assist with event or meeting room setups and breakdowns
Comply with safety, sanitation, and COVID-19 protocols and company policies
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or facilities team
Key Job Requirements:
2+ years of porter and or cleaning experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous custodial or facilities experience a plus
Ability to work independently and with a team
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to follow instructions and respond to feedback
