We are looking for Experienced Managers. Some experience working in a landscape / permaculture position or similar field as a manager is preferred. Most important is expertise in managing a crew.
Job Description:
The Field Manager will be responsible for the effective and safe build based on the documentation and oversight by our designers. Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the landscape craftsmen to plan and build the design while being able to effectively navigate sometimes difficult conversations. Working in a team that will utilize top down and bottom up observations improving with feedback. They will be responsible for filling out appropriate documents to help manage the jobsite, uploading receipts and double checking labor hours. A growth mindset to help train staff and progress installation SOPs.
Job Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to manage a crew effectively and safely. Some basic ability to enter data on the computer. Interest in sustainable lands Enthusiasm for outdoor work in the Front Range of Colorado. Reliability, Full-time, year round work.

Pay:
Starting pay range for Field Manager: $28 - $32 per hour
Starting pay range for Landscape Craftsman: $21 - $23 per hour
