Kilt Farm is excited to invite you to join our farm team as Field Staff for the 2024 season. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working with their hands, growing and harvesting fresh produce and learning about sustainable agriculture. No kilts required!
As a Field Staff member, you will play an integral role in our farm team. You will be involved in daily harvests, field work, and wash and pack tasks. We offer both full and part-time positions with flexible hours and a focus on morning shifts. Full-time positions work Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 4:30pm, with occasional weekend work while part-time positions are flexible with days and hours. Positions are available to start in March, April and May.
At Kilt Farm, we take pride in growing over 60 different varieties of vegetables for distribution through our CSA program, on-farm sales, and wholesale customers throughout the Boulder/Denver Metro area. As a Certified Organic farm, we use cutting-edge agricultural practices to grow the highest quality food while prioritizing soil health. To join our team, candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand for long hours, and have reliable transportation. Due to contamination concerns, we do not hire tobacco users.
