Kiss of the Deva is a woman-owned and run small regenerative-minded landscape design and maintenance company based in Louisville.
I am looking for a hard working plant lover who wants to work 25-30 hours a week (could easily take on your own clients too if desiring more hours) starting first week of April through October.
Initially working with me, but taking on more responsibility and eventually leading maintenance.
Spring clean-ups, adding compost/nutrients/ compost teas, weeding and pruning perennial beds and shrubs throughout the season, adding new plants, mulching, bulb planting, fall clean-ups. The work is varied, and enjoyable. In spring and fall, we take on some new garden installs with focus on xeric and native plant designs. This year we will be working on several medicinal herb grows as well. No lawn care, no major leaf clean-ups. All organic, nice local client base.
I also need one or 2 people who want to work fewer hours, or on an occasional basis.
Must have own vehicle, some experience, relatively clean and sober appearance, reliable and positive attitude.
$20-24/ hour to start d.o.e. independent contractor position for first season after that.
