Roots and Shoots Tree Care is a small local business providing Arborist Services to Boulder and the surrounding area. We are looking to add another Tree Climber/ Arborist to our crew. We are also looking to fill a ground crew position.
Climbing positions $200-$400 per day depending on experience, equipment, certifications etc.
Ground crew $150-$250 per day.
We work 2-3 days per week during winter months and 3-4 days each week through the rest of the year. Work begins at 7-8 am and runs until about 4-6 pm.
ALL WORK DAYS PAY FULL DAY RATE AFTER 6 HOURS.
Experience is great but not necessary; more so is an openness and willingness to learn our approach, and a strong work ethic. The most important quality to bring to the table is a humble, respectful approach. We put a lot of care, time, and effort into the work we do. We aim for the highest quality pruning/ tree work.

We are looking for a hard working climber/ ground crew who is adaptable, multi-talented, willing lend a hand anywhere on the jobsite, and to do what it takes to see jobs completed on time to the best of our ability. Respect for the clients, their property, the trees, and one another is crucial.
We also value time away from work and aim to have allow for 1-2 week breaks though the year. This means we work hard when we're on, while maximizing our time off.
