A. J. Lawn Services has provided landscape services to residences in Boulder, Colorado for the past 17+ years.
AJLS crews operate a fast-paced, rhythmic, physically demanding schedule 4 days/week(Monday -Thursday). Experience and basic level of fitness is a plus as lifting, reaching, and much walking is required. A great attitude, work ethic, and commitment to the season is required.
Hiring skilled laborers for our Landscape Installation and Maintenance crew. Jobs range from planting-bed overhauls, sod, mulch, rock and edging installation, to routine landscape maintenance like clean ups to building small retaining walls and raised beds. Experience, basic level of fitness, and leadership skills are a plus, as is a great attitude and work ethic.

We work until around Dec. 1st. Joining a snow removal crew (November - April) is also an option over the winter months. We'd like this candidate to return in March of 2026 to be with us next season as well.

There are chances for bonuses throughout the season as well.
We offer competitive compensation at $24 per hour. 16-32 hours/week.
