Groundskeeper / Entry Level Maintenance Tech Position Available

A growing Property Management company is seeking a Groundskeeper - Entry Level Maintenance Tech for our community in Broomfield, CO.
Qualifications:
Keeps apartment building, or similar building, in clean and orderly condition. Tends to grounds and amenities daily, including painting and light maintenance repairs. Maintains appearance of the property so that it continuously creates a pleasing and positive impression.
Provide hands-on support and participation in maintenance activities and effective motivation to drive team performance. Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by directing maintenance work flow to promote a quality living experience for residents. Experience of 1+ years within Multi-Family Housing is a plus. Responsibilities include: main focus is grounds and general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances. Experience in apartment turnover is also a plus. Coordinate maintenance of the property with appropriate level of staff support to ensure the property facilities and appearance meet asset quality standards. General maintenance and orderliness of community facilities, (pool, gym, club house and other areas). Promote positive, proactive resident relations by demonstrating a firm, fair, and consistent manner in all resident contacts. Strive to make the living experience, particularly the first and last impressions, of the highest quality. Facilitate resident introduction to company apartment procedures. Remain informed and aware of conditions that could have an impact on the ability to maintain. Also responsible for after-hours and emergency on-call coverage. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Additional Qualifications:
Recent experience in property management maintenance is a plus. Expertise with the proper handling of tools is a plus. Must demonstrate world class customer service, as well as, a confident communication style to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management. Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance. Reliable transportation. English proficiency. Superior customer service skills.
