Starting pay: $20/hour
Flexible Part-Time Hours! 10-20 Hours Per Week, Shifts from 9am-4pm
This position is working for a local family run business based out of Boulder, CO maintaining the landscaping at our various properties in the area.
We are hiring an additional person to join our quickly growing property care team! Are you the type of person who takes pride in their work? Do you enjoy doing varied tasks and have a high attention to detail? Then this position is for you!
We are looking for a part-time groundskeeper to assist with grounds maintenance for four properties. Training and tools are provided, experience is preferred. Flexible schedule, choose your own hours!
This position is mostly seasonal with more hours available during warmer months. Hours available in the winter months with snow removal using provided snow blowers.
Phone interview same day, pass background check (1-3days) and start working. Pay days are the 1st and 15th of each month
Requirements:
Reliable transportation required.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Duties can include but are not limited to:
Lawn mowing- push and riding mowers
Gardening
Weeding
Above-ground irrigation installation
Weedwacking
Planting
Snow removal in off-season
Pond maintenance
