Family owned and Boulder based property service company in search of a skilled maintenance technician with a good work ethic, positive attitude, and the following skills:
- Ability to work independently and problem solve.
- Ability to collaborate with fellow maintenance technicians.
- Experience in most general property repairs.
- Experience in door and window repair/replacement.
- Plumbing repairs: Sweating copper, replacing water heaters, replacing faucets, toilets, fill valves, fill lines, shower valves, replacing garbage disposals, etc.
- Basic electricity: Installation of light fixtures, replacing wall outlets and switches, installation and general troubleshooting.
- Painting: Touch up and interior/exterior painting.
- Drywall: Ability to do touch up and match existing textures.
- Gutters: Repairs, cleaning and replacement-must be comfortable working on ladders.
- Appliance Repair Experience a plus!
- HVAC Experience a plus!
Must have a clean driving record, be drug free, and be able to pass a background check.
Some after hours and weekend on-call required.
