We are seeking a RELIABLE Maintenance man for Property Management company. Most properties are located in Boulder with some possible travel to Longmont and Louisville.
Main office is located at 23rd and Arapahoe in Boulder.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Need consistent transportation with valid driver's license
- Prefer to live local to Boulder
- Have your own tools
- Knowledge of general repairs such as plumbing, general contracting and other basic household maintenance
- 1099 Independent Contractor position
