Requirements:
Must have torch skills: Jewelry, blacksmithing, etc.
Proficient with oxy/acetylene/propane torches.
Metal fabrication, including soldering, filing, cutting, sanding.
Proficient with flexshaft tools.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience of torch-based metal work/fabrication.
18 years or older.
Light forging.
Lift 50+lbs. regularly.
Stand and work for long periods of time.
Ability to focus and do repetitive tasks.
Ability to follow instructions and receive criticism well.
Knowledge of basic PPE.
Can work in silence or noisy shop environment.
Strong work ethic, maintains a clean work area, punctual, committed.
Be comfortable with switching gears in response to changing demands.
Work well under pressure.
Reliable transportation
Full time (32-40hrs.) or part time (15-30hrs.)
Must be okay with dogs.
