Local maintenance company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated yard/general laborer/snow/painter for an immediate start. The ideal candidate needs to be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Yard clean-ups, mowing, trimming.
Snow and/or ice removal.
Drywall [repairs], painting, texturing, and caulking skills a plus.
Requirements:
Must be able to work independently, while thriving in a team setting when required.
Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
Maintain a professional and clean appearance.
Sense of urgency, flexibility, and punctuality.
Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lay down. Must be able to lift and move 75+ lbs.
Employment Information:
Company based in Boulder. Work will occur mainly in the Boulder area but will require some travel to Denver.
1099 employment.
First shift, Monday-Friday, with weekend availability for snow removal.
Starting at $22/hour, paid weekly.
