Corporate/Compliance Coordinator
Our client, a dynamic and growing pet care franchise company is looking for a 2 plus years Corporate Compliance Coordinator who will be responsible for monitoring regulatory, security, and contractual compliance requirements. This position will assist with developing, maintaining and enforcing policies, procedures and training programs to meet franchise compliance obligations. In addition, this position requires the ability to conduct ongoing research to stay current regarding new government regulations and updates as well as completing general administrative, communication, document maintenance activities. As a Corporate Compliance Coordinator you will lead and control FDD disclosure and document management for franchise agreements; ensure company compliance with franchise sales disclosure laws, franchise marketing laws, and franchise relationship laws; you will be working with the Operations team to gather and track franchisee compliance; control & update franchise system, track development deadlines, implement policies and procedures, ensure department compliance and internal processes, communicate confidentially with the franchisees and corporate staff, ensure policies and rules are in line with regulatory and ethical standards for growth and scale of franchisee system as directed by the leadership team. The Compliance Coordinator will be extremely adept at dealing with different individuals, and sometimes difficult people in a professional and persistent style. The corporate compliance coordinator will have the ability to make sound business decisions guided by principles. This person should be an effective written and verbal communicator, with acute attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to process. A great attitude with a passion for dogs is a MUST! Requirements would include BA in Business, 2 plus years is a compliance management position, franchise operations experience preferred.
